Return & Refund Policy – UltraLink Technologies

At UltraLink Technologies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

    • Free of damage, wear, or tampering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built cable assemblies (fiber optic and copper), unless defective or damaged in transit.

  • Special-order products customized to client requirements, unless faulty or not meeting agreed specifications.

  • Opened software or licenses provided with networking products.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

4. Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns of standard products.

  • No restocking fee applies for defective products or items damaged during transit.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Please notify us within 5 days of delivery if your product is defective or damaged.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either:

    • Replace the product, or

    • Issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email our Customer Support team at rma@ultralinktechnologies.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. UltraLink is not responsible for items lost in transit.
